Eligbility

A Masters degree or BA or BS with a minimum GPA of 3.2
(of possible 4.0). U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
Applicants must have graduated within the last three years.
Must be interested in issues related to diversity, or from
ethnic groups considered to be historically underrepresented
by the Federal Government.

To qualify for an IMSD fellowship you must be
eligible or already admitted into a PhD Program at VT!
